Our Bord Bia approved beef comes from our own family run farm (John and Sharon McCarthy, Ovens, Co Cork. We specialise in mouthwatering meat dishes, from slow cooked meats on the bone to carpaccio Irish style. Even our take on “food to go” is slow as we use three blends of beef to create the best, most flavoursome and succulent burgers and gourmet sandwiches!
Our gourmet sandwiches using slow cooked meats on the bone are served in artisan breads supplied by Pana Breads which are delivered early morning daily, accompanied with fresh crisp salads from Horizon Foods, Cork.
The Parlour Café is very familiar with the ever increasing need for coeliac friendly foods and we aim to provide a menu to our customers. We are happy to talk you through our menu if you have any questions on our dishes.
